Pharaceutical companies certainly will not publish the worst-case scenario for any drug released into the public. It simply isn't in their interest as a corporation, which of course means that their number one motive is the profit.
I think that all of us come into this world a little nutty, including myself. I have experience with these drugs, and I'm better off without them. My POV in a nutshell is that synthetic drugs which intend to alter the inner workings of my system that 'don't work right' are dangerous. Techno-scientific logic, in my opinion, goes against natural processes and should be avoided. It's motive is that if it can be done, then is should be done. If people think they need something for their depression, they should have a drug ready for them. This is the motive of the drug industry. They aren't in the business fo helping people, they are in the money-making business, and that's pretty fucked up when you think about it.
Prozac was group tested on no more than 200 people before it was released into the public. It's kind of like how the story went in the film, Brain Candy: "Is it ready, or not?"

If you need help dealing with withdrawal symptoms, seek professional care from an accupuncturist/chinese herbalist. They can create a SAFE herbal mixture that will lesson your symptoms and cost much less than your monthly prescription bill.
